Contemporary Superstars is a contemporary and urban art exhibition at Bakken Fine Art in Oslo, Norway. The show opens on the 15th of March 19.00 – 22.00 and runs until the 7th of April.

The exhibition marks the opening of Kunstveggen.no, a Norwegian art discussion forum. Dolk is featured with brand new canvases with motives from his latest work in Japan, and also several prints.

Dolk with tribute to the victims of the Fukushima nuclear disaster

Dolk’s latest work is a tribute to the victims of the Fukushima Daiichi nuclear disaster, caused by a earthquake that struck Japan in March 2011. The piece is made on a abandoned sewage station close to the Fukshima reactor, you can spot the nuclear powerplant in the background. The Fukushima nuclear disaster is the largest nuclear catastrophe since the Chernobyl disaster of 1986.
